PRIVACY POLICY — DEAF PATHWAY BIBLE

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

Last Updated: April 23, 2026

ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Deaf Pathway Global ("DPG", "we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the Deaf Pathway Bible mobile application (the "App"), available on Apple's App Store and Google Play.

We built the App to provide accessible Bible content to the Deaf community worldwide. Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we collect the minimum information necessary to operate and improve the App.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Anonymous Usage Information

When you use the App, we collect limited, anonymous information about how the App is used. This includes:

• Bible content you view (content IDs and titles)

• Menu items and in-app settings you interact with

• Search terms you enter within the App

• The country you have selected in the App's country settings

This information is not linked to your name, email address, device identifier, or any other personal information, and we cannot identify you from it.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contact information.

• We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

• We do not collect your precise device location (GPS).

• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or personal files.

• We do not use third-party advertising networks, marketing trackers, or analytics SDKs.

Device Permissions

The App requests certain permissions on your device, but only uses them when you actively choose to submit feedback to our team:

• Camera and Microphone: Used only if you choose to record a video to send to us as feedback.

• Photo Library: Used only if you choose to attach an existing video from your device as feedback.

If you do not grant these permissions, or do not use the feedback feature, the App does not access your camera, microphone, or photos.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the anonymous usage information to:

• Understand which Bible content is most used so we can prioritize future content.

• Identify and fix bugs in the App.

• Improve navigation, features, and the overall user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not share the information we collect with third parties, except:

• With service providers that host our infrastructure (such as cloud hosting), under strict confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to operate the App.

• If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DPG, our users, or others.

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Those platforms collect their own information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

DATA RETENTION

Because the usage information we collect is anonymous, we retain it indefinitely to help us understand long-term trends. This data cannot be linked back to you as an individual.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can review and remove it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no individual record of you to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your information or wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable law (such as the GDPR or CCPA), please contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.

SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take additional steps to notify users (for example, through an in-app notice).
